AJ FEUERMAN is QYOU Media’s Vice President of Communications. As the company’s first in-house communications executive, she oversees QYOU’s comprehensive communications strategy to align with the company’s overall goals and business objectives and will additionally establish internal communication strategies.
Previously, AJ was the Founder and CEO of @ajfeuerman Communications where clients included agencies, studios, content distributors, podcasts and others, including Valhalla Entertainment, Freestyle Digital Media, Good Deed Entertainment, Allied Global Marketing, Riverside Entertainment, Rogers & Cowan PMK and more. Prior to establishing her own consultancy, AJ was the Director of PR and Social Media for independent film distributor, Gravitas Ventures. Before joining Gravitas, AJ was an Account Director for 451 Marketing, a national agency focused on integrated communications campaigns on behalf of consumer products, lifestyle brands, startups, and tech entrepreneurs. She was previously the Manager of Digital PR and Social Communities for AEG Live where she strategized and implemented campaigns for artists such as Bon Jovi, The Who, The Rolling Stones, Kanye West, Katy Perry, George Strait and Bruno Mars.
AJ was formerly a publicist for Think Jam where, in addition to developing and executing PR and social media campaigns for 20th Century Fox Home Ent., she oversaw influencer outreach. AJ began her career as the corporate and consumer publicity coordinator for Hallmark Channels.
In addition, AJ is an Adjunct Instructor in social media for UCLA. Her history with social media dates all the way back to 2002 when she made her mark in the early days of blogging and went onto an eight-year term with Social Media Club Los Angeles’ Board of Directors. She is a long-time voting member of the TV Academy and Film Independent. AJ earned her bachelor’s degree from NYU and her master’s degree from USC. She resides in LA’s San Fernando Valley, where she was born and raised.
